What areas do you service?

We serve the entire Middle Tennessee area. We also travel outside Middle Tennessee upon request.

What types of vehicles do you have?

We specialize in all sizes of limousines. We have anything from the Chrysler 300 to super stretch limousines.

Is your office staffed 24 hours a day?

Yes. Our offices are staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Are you properly licensed and insured?

Yes. Broadway Limousine, LLC exceeds all state and federal minimum requirements. We are licensed by the State of Tennessee and insured at 1.5 million in coverage with an “A” rated carrier.

Can you support large events?

Broadway Limousine encourages our clients to inquire about our Event Planning and logistical planning services. We provide for your comprehensive event needs, from basic planning to all transportation requirements including event staffing and communication centre dispatch. An account executive will be assigned to your program and he/she will be your single point of contact, accessible to you 24 hours a day. Our ability to support details, with immediate action on lastminute additions and emergency situations provide you with a dedicated support team. We have supported event sizes from 20 people to 2500 people. Any size event you have, we have the capability to handle.

How can I get a receipt?

Just call and we will gladly email, fax, or send your receipt via U.S. mail.


How can I make a reservation?

You can either call us directly or fill out our reservation form on this website and someone will contact you ASAP.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

There is no set time table where you have to make a reservation. We work on a first come, first serve basis. If we have a vehicle available, we can be to you within the hour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. On holidays and special occasions, this policy may vary; please call us to get more details.

Airport Pick-Ups

Where does my driver meet me for my arrival?

Your driver can either meet you outside the waiting area with your name on a sign or in the baggage claim area upon request. Please ask a representative for more information.

Do you monitor the flights?

We check on all arrivals and departures coming from the Nashville International Airport. This ensures that your driver is not sitting at the airport for no reason.
